A 12- or 13-year-old boy in Wykoff was injured Friday afternoon when he was run over by a vehicle.
A Mayo One helicopter was sent to the scene to transport the boy to medical care around 6 p.m., according to emergency radio transmissions.
The Fillmore County Sheriff's Department did not release information about the incident, which remains under investigation, according to a department dispatcher.
Nobody was arrested in connection with the incident, the dispatcher said.
