BYRON — A Byron man reported his vehicle was damaged when someone stole eight Cadillac emblems off of his vehicle.
According to Olmsted County Sheriff Sgt. Scott Behrns, the vandalism occurred overnight Tuesday while it was parked in the man's driveway in the 400 block of Third Avenue Northeast.
In the process of removing the emblems, the vehicle was scratched. The vehicle's owner reported the damage Wednesday.
The loss was estimated at about $2,000, Behrns said.
