The holiday spirit will be rolling into a train station near you soon.
The Canadian Pacific (CP) Holiday Train is making its 17th annual trip across Canada and the United States this holiday season to raise money, food and awareness for food banks and hunger.
It will stop in Rochester, Austin and Winona in the next week, along with 150 other communities.
Since its first launch in 1999, the program raised more than $10.6 million (Canadian dollars) and 3.6 million pounds of food for North American food banks and shelves, according to the program's website.
There are two traveling trains. One in Canada and the other "the U.S." train which also makes stops in Southern Ontario. Country singers Kira Isabella, Wes Mack and the Doc Walker group will be headlining the U.S. train tour.
