Cities receive EMS grants

Eight cities in southeastern Minnesota have received $2,500 each for emergency medical services from AgStar Fund for Rural America, a part of AgStar Financial Services.

The money goes to volunteer fire, rescue and ambulance services.

The eight communities are the Adams Firemen's Relief Association, Brownsdale Volunteer Fire Department, Byron Fire Department, Caledonia Fire Department, Pine Island Fire Department, Rushford Fire Department, Rose Creek Fire Department and Zumbrota Area Ambulance.
