The Rochester Mayor's Office is seeking volunteer applicants for the city's Police Civil Service Commission.
The commission helps the city determine criteria and testing for hiring and promoting police officers, and advises the city on other police department personnel issues.
Applications are due by March 18. Members must be Rochester residents.
Applications can be picked up at the Mayor's Office, Room 281, in City Hall, which is located in the city-county Government Center. For a mailed application, call 281-2700, or find it online at www.rochestermn.gov on the Advisory Boards, Commissions and Committees page.
