"We Stand with Orlando," a gathering of artists, musicians and civic leaders, will be 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at Rochester Civic Theatre , 20 Civic Center Drive SE.
The community gathering is in honor of those who lost their lives in the shootings at an Orlando night club early Sunday. Musicians and spoken-word artists, including Pam Whitfield and Brandon Sampson, will perform.
There will be an open mic for all. The public is invited.
