St. Charles finds new strategy for bringing business to town

After its biggest employer was lost to a fire nearly a year ago and the company decided not to rebuild, St. Charles was left to struggle with finding a replacement.

Oddly, it found what could be a major new development in the ashes of the effort to find a new home for North Star Foods, said City Administrator Nick Koverman. The city is now considering a business park.
