Eyota teacher talks about fleeing Russia

Telling how he and his family were robbed of their farm and forced to flee, Richard Windemutch, Eyota school teacher and athletic coach, spoke on past and present conditions in Russia at the Rotary luncheon. Of German descent but born on a 3,000-acre estate in the south of Russia, Windemutch described the hardships experienced by landowners after the 1917 revolution.
