• Arturo Vlla, 26, 906 Ninth St. S.E., Rochester, charged with felony domestic assault on Feb. 10. Unconditional bail is set at $50,000, conditional bail at $25,000. He returns to court Feb. 22.
• Abdi Hussen Adan, 29, 1961 50th St. N.W., Rochester, charged with theft on Nov. 24. Unconditional bail is set at $50,000, conditional bail at $10,000, to run concurrently with other files. He returns to court Feb. 18.
• James Fitzgerald Pearson, 43, 25 11th Ave. N.E., Rochester, charged with two counts of felony domestic assault, domestic assault by strangulation, two counts of fifth-degree controlled substance crime, all on Feb. 8. Unconditional bail is set at $80,000, conditional bail at $40,000. He returns to court Feb. 22.
