The National Weather Service forecast for the Rochester area does show a chance (40 percent) of both rain and snow tonight, mainly after midnight as the temp slides in the low 30s.
Rain is also likely (60 percent chance) on Thursday night and early Friday morning with temps in the low to mid-30s.
During daylight hours on Thursday, it will be partly sunny with a high near 41, the weather service says.
There's a slight chance of rain and snow Friday before 10 a.m.
Little or no snow accumulation is expected during the week.
