WABASHA — The 21st Annual Grumpy Old Men Festival will be from 8 a.m. to midnight Feb. 22 in Wabasha.
It's in honor of the movie by the same name that was based on a book that takes place in Wabasha.
Events will include a breakfast at the American Legion, youth hockey on a local pond, co-ed kickball at the athletic field, an ice-fishing contest starting at 11 a.m., a chili feed, hot dish lunch, minnow races, cribbage, Bingo and Texas Hold'em tournament and polar plunge at 3 p.m. It all ends with a spaghetti dinner and dance at Slippery's as well as dances at other locations.
