A pre-trial hearing for a 33-year-old Oronoco man was canceled Wednesday after the defense requested a continuance.
A new court date has not been set for Christopher Allen Trautman, who is accused of killing a Rochester man and injuring three others in two hit-and-run incidents that happened moments apart Nov. 27 on Broadway in downtown Rochester.
Trautman's blood-alcohol content was determined to be 0.21 percent, which is higher than the 0.189 that registered on a field test administered by a police officer, according to an amended criminal complaint filed March 31.
Trautman faces 23 charges, which include 22 felonies and one gross misdemeanor.
