ALBERT LEA — Interstate 90 from Albert Lea to the South Dakota border reopened at 9 a.m. today but the Minnesota Department of Transportation is still saying it's not great driving.
"Challenging winter conditions continue to exist," MnDOT said.
In the southeast, winds are still blowing snow across the roads. All 102 MnDOT snowplows are on the road and will continue to clear roads throughout the night.
