WINONA — The northbound U.S. 61 ramp to eastbound Interstate 90 will be temporarily closed Friday so that power for a camera can be installed, Minnesota Department of Transportation spokesman Mike Dougherty said Wednesday.
The ramp closure is required for Premier Electric to install power to a temporary camera just north of the ramp.The closure will begin at 9:30 a.m. and is expected to last four to five hours.
