WINONA -- Interstate 90 westbound at the Dresbach Bridge on the Mississippi River has been re-opened following a three-vehicle crash on the bridge, according to Minnesota Department of Transportation spokesman Mike Dougherty.
The crash was on the Wisconsin side of the bridge.
The interstate was re-opened at 2:20 p.m.
