A 24-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure Friday morning after he watched a pornographic movie at the Rochester Public Library, according to police.
The man was cited after library patrons reported seeing him exposing himself while watching the movie, according to Capt. Brian Winters.
The man had brought the DVD to the library and was viewing it on one of the library's public-access terminals, Winters said.
