KASSON — A bicyclist was hit by a car Tuesday evening on Minnesota Highway 57 in Kasson and was taken to Saint Marys Hospital in Rochester.
The State Patrol said injuries to Zachary Alexander, 8, of Kasson were not life threatening.
The patrol said he was biking east on Seventh Street Northwest when he collided with an SUV that was being driven north on the highway by Daisha Prasil, 16, of Mantorville.
The accident was reported at 6:44 p.m.
