The Rochester Police Department issued an advisory Wednesday that a man who is registered as a Level 3 sex offender moved to Knollwood Drive Southeast.
Terry Carlton Ross, 42, moved within Rochester to the 2700 block of Knollwood Drive Southeast, according to information provided by the Rochester Police Department.
Ross is described as a Black male, 6 feet, 1 inches tall, with brown eyes, black hair and a large build.
"Terry Ross has a history of sexual contact with known female teenagers. Contact included penetration. Ross has used force to gain compliance," according to a news release from the Rochester Police Department.
There will be no community notification meeting.
