Level 3 sex offender no longer resides in Southeast Rochester
The Rochester Police Department updated an advisory Friday to say the man no longer lives in that area.
A Level 3 sex offender Rochester police said moved into Southeast Rochester no longer resides at in that area, police announced Friday.
On Wednesday, police issued an advisory that Terry Carlton Ross, 42, moved within Rochester to the 2700 block of Knollwood Drive Southeast. On Friday, police said they learned Ross was no longer living in that area.
Police said they are required under statute to notify the community that Ross, who was subject to broad public notification based on his residence in this community, is no longer living, working or frequently found within this jurisdiction.
