A Level 3 sex offender community notification meeting has been scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday in the main floor meeting room at the Olmsted County Public Health Building, 2100 Campus Drive S.E.
The meeting will be in advance of Friday's anticipated release of William Burton-James Solbrig, 27, who will live in a transitional housing complex on Campus Drive Southeast. Solbrig has a history of criminal sexual contact with female victims ages 5 to 16, according to Rochester police. He'll be on supervised release until 2016, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections.
He is described as white, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 150 pounds, fair complexion, blue eyes and brown hair.
Level 3 sex offenders are considered at the greatest risk of re-offending, according to state officials.
