Holy Trinity Catholic Church at Litomysl, in rural Owatonna, will celebrate its 42nd annual Summer Festival, one of southern Minnesota's largest summer parish festivals, July 28.
The event, which is hosted by the church and its 140 parish families, draws thousands of community members and raises funds for St. Isodore School, a local elementary.
Among the day's events are food vendors, a flea market, silent action and a variety of games.
Participants also will get the chance to win thousands of prizes donated by local businesses and individuals.
"The Klecker Band," which has played all 42 festivals will be performing again this year, along with a handful of other local musical groups.
