Live blog replay: Forum on gangs in Rochester

The Post-Bulletin and MPR News hosted a a community meeting at Mayo Civic Center's Grand Ballroom on Tuesday night.

About 200 people attended the open forum that featured community leaders, law enforcement and criminal justice officials.
