Rochester police on Thursday arrested Jamine Jamonte Robinson, 32, on a felony warrant.
Robinson is the brother of Jamar Clark, the man who was shot and killed by Minneapolis police early Nov. 15. Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman on Wednesday announced his office would not bring charges against the two officers involved in the shooting.
Local authorities attempted to serve their warrant on Robinson — accused of violating a domestic abuse-no contact order — early Wednesday evening. He refused to come out of his home, said Capt. John Sherwin, and Rochester police "didn't push the issue."
Thursday morning, Robinson was spotted walking on Fourth Street Southeast and was taken into custody without incident.
He could be arraigned as early as today.
