A 66-year-old man has been charged in Olmsted District Court with sexually abusing a 5-year-old girl.
Frank Joe Robles of Fergus Falls, Minn., is charged with one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct for allegedly abusing the girl during a visit in Rochester in July 2009. A summons has been issued for him to make his first court appearance July 15.
