A 19-year-old man was arrested at a loud party early Saturday and could be charged with minor consumption, obstructing the legal process and disorderly conduct.

At the same time, Rochester Police Lt. Scott Sheridan said someone might have fired a shotgun into the air. A shotgun was recovered, he said.

Police got the call about a loud party at 3:55 a.m. in the 2000 block of Abigail Lane Southwest, he said. They found at least one round was fired into the air. The man was arrested.
