Man injured in weekend rollover

ROSE CREEK — A rural Adams man suffered minor injuries after the pickup he was driving rolled near Rose Creek Saturday afternoon, trapping him inside.

According to a Mower County sheriff's report, the 50-year-old was eastbound on Mower County Road 4, 1 mile east of Minnesota Highway 56, about 4 p.m., when the vehicle he was driving entered the south ditch and flipped onto its roof when he attempted to drive back onto the highway.

The man was extricated by Rose Creek Fire Department.

The man was taken by Gold Cross Ambulance to Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin, where he was treated for minor injuries.
