Why are you running for mayor?  I love Austin and I believe that I can be a different leader for the Austin.

What makes you the best candidate for mayor?  I love to interact with the people of this city.  I have a lot of ideas that I can better promote as Mayor.

What do you think are the three most important issues facing the city

today?

a.    Getting people involved in solutions

b.    Communication with council, staff and the public

c.    Economic Development

How would you handle them if you were elected mayor?

a.  I want to have some brainstorming sessions.  I also would like to invite people to help go through the budget to trim things down.

b.  I would like to redesign the city’s website and make it a central place for people to find anything in Austin, i.e. meeting schedules, volunteer opportunities, donations wanted

c.  I would like to make our airport a popular stopping spot.  Big businesses like to fly to cities instead of drive.

I plan to also be more involved in being spokesperson for Austin.
