Elvis Francois , a Mayo Clinic orthopedic surgery resident in his third year, is slated to make an appearance Tuesday on the Ellen Show after his latest singing video went viral, surpassing 2 million views. He will be accompanied by fellow orthopedic surgery resident Dr. William Robinson.
Francois spends his time training at Mayo Clinic and occasionally posting videos of himself singing around the hospital.
"I think the biggest thing I realized is that you can have that impact on people, you can put a smile on people's faces when they otherwise wouldn't be smiling, and I think being able to share that with people and being able to share that facet with medicine, was something I felt I could help with," he says.
