• Air Force Airman Nicholas S. Woslager graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. He is the son of Steven Woslager of Rochester and a 2008 graduate of Dover-Eyota High School.
• Army Pvt. Robert D. Highet has graduated from the Fire Support Specialist Advanced Individual Training course at Fort Sill in Lawton, Okla. Field artillery specialists serve in intelligence activities, including target processing in field artillery, cannon battalions, division artillery, artillery and maneuver brigade and headquarters and fire support elements. Highet is the son of Debbie L. Highet of Rochester and Robert A. Highet of Kasson. He is a 2005 graduate of John Marshall High School.
