The Soldiers Field Veterans Memorial committee announced it will add 350 pavers at the Veterans Memorial in Rochester.
This may be the last time people can purchase pavers because there is not enough locations to allow more, said Wayne Stillman. The new pavers will be located on the west side of the memorial to continue the previously installed sidewalk.
To date, there have been about 70 requests for new pavers, Stillman said, so it's expected the total of 350 will be quickly reached. They will likely be installed this fall.
If you wish to honor a veteran with a paver please send a tax deductible check for $350.00 made out to Soldiers Field Veterans Memorial and mail to:

Pavers can also be ordered on line www.soldiersfieldmemorial.com and please send payment within four days after order.
Send the following information: name of veteran, branch of service served in and conflict when served or date entered service. Only one name, one branch of service and one conflict.
