Dr. H. Bryan Neel III, of Rochester, recently was awarded the Alumni Achievement Medallion for Distinguished Service to American Medicine from the Alumni Association of the State University of New York Medical School in Brooklyn.
This is the highest award given by the Alumni Association, recognizing distinguished service to American medicine and the community through significant contributions to the welfare of mankind.
