STEWARTVILLE — A Rochester man was cited for careless driving after the car he was driving struck a tree at Bear Cave Park in Stewartville.
Robert Yennie, 21, was the only person at the scene Tuesday night after the crash, said Sgt. Tom Claymon of the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office. Four others, all juveniles, fled after the incident, he said, but have been identified. They face charges of underage drinking, according to the report.
One of the juveniles reportedly suffered two pelvic fractures in the crash, and was taken to Saint Marys Hospital by private vehicle, Claymon said.
