WINONA — A Wisconsin driver was injured Saturday when he rear-ended another car on eastbound Minnesota Highway 43 in Winona.
The State Patrol said Richard J. Carlson, 21, of Arden Hills was driving south when he stopped in the southbound at the last minute. A car driven by James J. Martin, 26, of Fountain City, Wis., hit Carlson's car from behind.
Martin was taken to the hospital at Winona Health. He was treated and released, according to a hospital spokeswoman.
