An head-on collision in northeast Rochester left one person dead and two injured on Saturday night.
At 5:39 p.m., law enforcement and medical personnel were dispatched to the 5400 block of Silver Creek Road Northeast after receiving a call for a car crash.
A car was heading eastbound and a second car was going westbound when they collided.
Law enforcement officials confirmed that a man had died at the scene while two other men were transported for medical treatment. The extent of their injuries was not determined.
"The accident is still under investigation at this time," said Rochester Police Sergeant Rich Carmack.
