Pacelli slates Christmas tree pick-up date

Now that Christmas is over, all those decorations need to get stashed away for another year. For those looking to ditch their Christmas trees, Pacelli Catholic Schools has an answer.

Students from Pacelli will pick up Christmas trees Jan. 14 in Austin. Trees should be free of any decorations and metal, and they must be out on the boulevard by 8 a.m. that morning.

To schedule a pick-up, either call Pacelli at 437-3278, email Erin Johnson at ejohnson@pacellischools.org or send in a sheet of paper with your name and address to Pacelli High School Attn: Christmas Tree Pick-up 311 Fourth St. N.W., Austin, MN 55912.

Donations are appreciated.
