Extra State Patrol, Olmsted County and Rochester police officers will be on patrol from 8 a.m. today to 3 a.m. Saturday to look for drunk drivers.
The Toward Zero Deaths patrols are because it's Halloween and people might be at parties. The officers will concentrate on areas where there's a higher likelihood of drunk driving. The message is that people can go out and have a good time but shouldn't get behind the wheel, said Olmsted County Capt. Scott Behrns.
