AUSTIN — The second Plunging for Pink polar plunge to raise money for the Hormel Institute in Austin hopes to attract 200 people, double last year, for its 3 p.m. Feb. 15 event at East Side Lake.
The institute also wants to double the amount raised last year and hit $32,000 this year.
