A 38-year-old Rochester man is in custody after allegedly threatening a neighbor with a gun on Tuesday.
Rochester police Capt. Brian Winters said officers were called to an apartment building in the 2100 block of Valleyhigh Drive Northwest about 5 p.m. Tuesday by a woman. She said she and the man had been involved in a dispute for several hours.
She said on Tuesday morning, the air pressure in her car tires was removed and she confronted him, suspecting he had let out the air. He denied it.
Tuesday afternoon, the two ran into each other in the hallway of the building, and he pulled up his shirt, displaying a handgun, which he took out and pointed toward the ground. She said she went to her apartment and called police. He now could be charged with making terroristic threats.
