CHESTER — Motorists will encounter delays Tuesday and Wednesday on U.S. 14 between Chester and Eyota as Canadian Pacific Railroad crews replace wooden railroad ties on a bridge.
Flaggers will control traffic throughout the project, and motorists will experience intermittent lane closures. The schedule of work is weather-dependent.
