A 35-year-old Rochester man has been charged with two felonies in connection with an alleged March 7, 2010, sexual assault.
According to the complaint, Gerardo Omar Saucedo-Torres allegedly raped a woman in his SUV while giving her a ride home from the residence of a mutual friend.
After the assault, Saucedo-Torres allegedly threw $200 at the woman, saying $100 was for the sex and the other $100 was for her to keep quiet, according to the complaint.
Saucedo-Torres has been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
A summons has been issued for Saucedo-Torres to appear in court. His first court date scheduled for March 14.
