A Rochester woman reported seeing a man peering into her window shortly before midnight on Monday.
Rochester Police Captain John Sherwin said the incident happened in the 1600 block of 45th Street Northwest. The 26-year-old woman reported seeing a man with a medium-sized, black dog standing by a window to her house and staring at her.
She told police a similar situation happened on Sunday and she suspects it is the same individual peeping at her. Police found evidence in the snow that someone had been standing by her window.
The suspect is described as a white male who who was wearing a green jacket.
