A semi-tractor leaked a little fuel from a saddlebag fuel tank Wednesday morning after it went into a ditch near the intersection of U.S. 52 and Marion Road Southeast.
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency asked the Rochester Fire Department to pump out the remaining fuel, and it got about 40 gallons. Larry Mueller, assistant fire marshal, said he didn't know how much leaked but said it probably wasn't very much.
The spill was reported at 8:55 a.m.
