A seminar on signs that a child might be involved in a gang will be Thursday in Rochester. Tim Parkin, an Olmsted County sheriff's deputy, will be the presenter.
The training is free to anyone who is interested, including parents and people who work with youths, such as foster parents and social workers. Continuing education credits will be provided.
The Gang Behaviors training will be from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the United Way building, 903 W. Center St., suite 100. The training is sponsored by Anu Family Services , a Wisconsin-based treatment foster care association.
