The annual Jakes Conservation Day to teach youths about firearms, conservation, safety and turkeys will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Cedar Valley Conservation Club.
The event is being sponsored by the Cedar River Longbeards, a local chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation.
