Two motorcyclists were injured within minutes of each other late Sunday afternoon when they lost control of their vehicles and they crashed.
The State Patrol said it received a report at 4:32 p.m. that a motorcyclist, later identified as Keith Bakken, 58, of Owatonna, had rolled the vehicle on Minnesota Highway 30 a few miles east of Chatfield. He was going west at the time.
At 4:36 p.m., it got a report that Patricia Gelao, 68, of Zumbro Falls, has lost control while driving north on U.S. 52 and was leaving the highway at Marion Road when she crashed.
Both were taken to Mayo Clinic Hospital - Saint Marys Campus in Rochester. Neither was listed as a patient today.
