Culvert repairs beginning Monday on U.S. 14 will cause lane closures between Rochester and Eyota.
The work is expected to continue through mid-October, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation .
Flaggers will control traffic throughout the project.
MnDOT is urging motorists to drive with caution in the work zone.
