The Rochester Police Department is seeking the public's help in finding a man who's been missing since Monday morning.
Jason Alan Green, 45, was last seen about 11:45 a.m. near the Gonda Building of Mayo Clinic, 200 First St. SW, wearing a black leather jacket and blue jeans.
Green has experienced incidents of confusion or "black outs" in the past, officials said.

Though a resident of Lyle, he used to live in Rochester and may have local acquaintances.
