More than 260 people attended the annual Boy Scout meeting at Camp Hok-Si-La near Lake City. Micky Richardson, 11, of Wabasha, who saved his 3-year-old sister from drowning in May 1960, was presented with the heroism certificate from the National Boy Scout Court of Honor.
