The event begins at 10 a.m. for coffee at the historic Conley-Maass building, located at 14 4th Street SW. The tour will begin at 10:30 a.m., proceed down First Avenue to the Chateau Theatre and conclude at the Doctors Mayo Memorial amphitheater in Mayo Park, off East Center Street, where light refreshments and music will be provided.

The tour will be led by John Kruesel, Judge Kevin Lund and local preservation experts. This year's theme is "This Place Matters."
