Waste facilities to close for holiday

Olmsted County's recycling and hazardous waste facilities will be closed July 2 - 4 in observance of the Fourth of July holiday. The facilities will also be doing road repairs at that time.

Olmsted County's recycling and hazardous waste facilities will be closed July 2-4 in observance of the Fourth of July holiday. The facilities will also be doing road repairs at that time.

The Recycling Center Plus and Hazardous Waste Facility will reopen on July 5 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Kalmar landfill and compost site and the Olmsted Waste-to-Energy Facility will also observe Independence Day and close during regular business hours on July 4.

All county waste and recycling facilities will go back to normal hours on July 7.
